After leaving Pageant, Ikkou Nakajima formed his own group, Ie Rai Shan. The band suceeded in building on that atmospheres of Pageant and they were also somwhat more pop than Pageant. Unfortunately, the band could not sustain for more than 2 album releases.
Ie Rai Shan ( which means: Since Last Night's Fragrence) were compsed of:
Katsuhiko Hayashi (Mugent) on keyboards
Ikkou Nakajima (Pageant, Romanza-Bekkan) on guitar
Shinjirou Inoue (Magdalena) on drums
Katsunori Hamada (Pale Acute Moon) on bass.
Hokada Naomi on vocals (Millplat)
Ie Rai Shan released one studio recording (self-titled) and a CD called Live at Muse which when released in 1999 as a limited pressing of 300 copies.
