JOHNFISH SPARKLE was born at the end of March 2008. The Band was formed by Dave Perilli on bass guitar, RobGasoline on Drums and Al Serra on Vocals and Lead Guitars, they went to form this Rock powertrio… The Sound of Johnfish Sparkle it's a genuine mix of blues based riffs with a taste for classic rock and many other styles. In august 2008 the band entered in Studio to record their first self-titled album and signed for Transubstans Records label.In late 2011, Johnfish Sparkle released their second album on Transubstans Records.
The Johnfish Sparkle were born from the ashes of JackyJail (2004/2008) at the end of March 2008. The band is formed by two former members of JackyJail, respectively: Dave Perilli on bass and RobGasoline on drums, which together with Al Serra at the voice and on the main guitar they founded this Rock trio. The sound of Johnfish Sparkle begins exactly where the JackyJail ends, creating a genuine mix of Blues riffs with a strong Hard Rock style. The band is influenced by Delta Blues and many other Hard Heavy Rock bands of the '70s like The Who, Led Zeppelin, Cream, Budgie, Humble Pie, Captain Beyon and many others. Their debut album contains numerous rough and energetic sounds, several respectable guitar riffs and well-structured songs. The Johnfish Sparkle have all the cards on the table to conduct the new Retro Rock movement in Italy.
