The collective members of Ike Lamb and the Creepers have been a main stay act in OKC for years. Until now they have been called by many, OKC’s best kept secret. Having played for some of the most notable groups Oklahoma has to offer, each member has an impressive history for being a founding member and helping launch the success of their former groups. It is no wonder that when their paths crossed in 2009 the guys decided it was time to do it for themselves.
Ike Lamb, International blues award winner, together with Robert Riggs, Ryan Treisa, and new addition to the group in 2011, Rob “Dr. Rock” Martin, have created something of a blues super group that is obviously meant to be.
While in the process of recording their debut album, “Roller Derby Wreckin Machine”, and planning the tour in support of that album in 2012, the guys are honing their performance locally and by humbly remembering the past they are moving forward and gaining fans and appreciation everywhere they play. Ike Lamb and the Creepers are a deadly combination of dangerous, infectious dance music, leaning heavily on blues and roots rock.
