TheChickenYard's "Long Time Running" is the culmination of the an effort to find the sound that represents the individual. The sound that truly portrays the individuals as a group. The sound that defines the group as the music it produces. The sound that defines the music as a true compilation of experiences that are meant tell stories. Stories that are intended to move you or, maybe just your feet.
There are fun, foot stomping songs such as the title track "Long Time Running". There are songs of dramatic peaks and valleys such as "Stella". Songs with deep stories of personal experiences, such as "Not Here No More" and "She Takes It All".
